The Heart of the Female Warrior

To awaken to who we are;
to remember;
to be warriors of Light.

To transform;
to fill with Love and Light.

Maya Spiritual Baths

Spiritual bathing is an ancient ritual found in most cultures. Mayan spiritual bathing is a healing practice that helps remove emotional obstacles.  The vibrational power of water along with plants, sacred copal incense, and prayerful intention can free you from the past and reconnect you to your soul force.

Spiritual dis-ease leads to physical dis-ease and Mayan healing techniques recognizes the connection between the body’s illnesses, the diseases of the soul, and one’s attitude towards Life.

The origins of 'Corazon de Virago'

Corazon is Spanish for heart. Virago is a woman who demonstrates exemplary and heroic qualities.  Of Latin derivative, Virago means vigorous; heroic maiden; a female warrior; a heroine.

Joan of Arc was said to be a Virago.  To be named a Virago meant a woman who showed her strong inner core no matter what society or man had to say about it.  And because society had something to say about it, it later came to mean a woman who acted aggressively or like men; who were violating cultural norms.

I say we take back our POWER.

You ARE powerful, as long as you KNOW you are!

I say we take back the POWER that belongs to the word Virago. We are women with voices  —  USE THEM.

We are women with opinions, viewpoints, and ideas  —  SHARE THEM.

Each and every woman has a Virago in her  —  UNLEASH YOURSELF!

Corazón de Virago — The heart of the female warrior.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

There is an innate ability of the human body to heal itself.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) involves facilitating or enhancing the body’s own natural capacity when traumatic or disease processes become overwhelming for the system.  CST is a gentle hands on approach that releases tension deep in the body that releases pain and dysfunction and improves whole body health and performance.  CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease and a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
